Which users or organizations can I contact about an application?
You can include the contact information for application managers, architects, business and IT owners, operations, and stakeholders in the dataset.
- Go to the business question What is our application portfolio? > Applications.
- Click Structure and ensure that the toggle switch is on for any of the following roles to include them in the data workbench:
- Application Manager: A person who is responsible for capturing data relevant for application portfolio management
- Architect: A person who is responsible for the governance of the application.
- Business Owner: A person or organization that owns the application and is responsible for managing the functional requirements.
- IT Owner: A person or IT organization that owns the application and thus typically responsible for approval decisions.
- Stakeholder: A person or organization that has an interest in the application and therefore requires read-only access permissions.
- Operations: An IT organization responsible for the operations of the application.
- Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
