Where do GDPR-relevant privacy issues exist?

Each business object should be compliant with regional data protection regulations.The DPIA Rating attribute evaluates the level of risk that the business object poses to personal data based on the data protection impact assessment (DPIA) required to comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Business objects may have a value between very high and very low or Not Required if a data protection impact assessment is not relevant.

  1. Go to the business question Where do we use sensitive data?.
  2. The DPIA Rating is displayed directly on the business object on the X-axis.
  3. If a business object does not have a DPIA rating, double-click it to go to its content area > Overview > DPIA Rating.
  4. Click the ThreeDots_Black 3-dots button > Show Legend to understand the icons on the business objects.
  5. Review the business objects with the highest DPIA scores to identify and analyze where data privacy issues exist for business objects. Ensure that your company has measures in place to reduce and mitigate risk in order to demonstrate compliance with GDPR regulations.
