Track the number of provided license/units on contract deliverables. Detect lifecycle conflicts between contracts and associated architecture elements.

Document the deliverables required to fulfill a contractual agreement as well as the architecture elements in the IT landscape that consume the contract deliverables.

Review the period of validity of the contracts and the lifecycles of the applications and components that are specified as the contract deliverables. How long are contracts available for the organizations that are the buying or providing architecture elements targeted by the contract deliverable. Which contracts are relevant for a planned architecture change such as the sundowning of an application?
