Which business capabilities require attention due to technology risk?
Understand which business capabilities are at risk due to the discontinuation of technology support. Look for business capabilities that are shades of red and orange. These are business capabilities that are currently or soon-to-be inadequately supported. Also check for matrix cells with a grey bar which indicates that vendor support is not adequately defined, which is a data quality issue.

- Go to the business question Where do we have technology risk?
 - Click a matrix cell to view the components in a data workbench. Start with the most critical matrix cells including vendor support lifecycle undefined, already out of support, and within 6 months.
