Which assets is a user responsible for?

  1. Go to the business question Who is responsible for our assets? > Asset Responsibilities view.
  2. Click the dlt-icon-filter_Teal local filter button.
  3. Enter all or part of the name of a user in the Person/Organization Name field. You can also search for an organization that is responsible for assets.
  4. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.

To change a role definition for an asset, select the asset in the table and click the EditSingle edit button. Select the role you want to change and click the Edit button to update the role definition.
