Which business processes are actively supported by applications?

  1. Go to the business question Which business areas require the most IT support? and click the  Filter local filter button.
  2. Select Active in the Object State field.
  3. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel. Review the business processes with current application support.
  4. To check whether applications are planned to provide support in for the business process, change the Object State field to Plan .
