What are the current project costs for a business capability?
Understanding a business capability's current project costs will help you to identify out-of-control costs and optimize the project portfolio. The business capabilities are sized based on the aggregated current year costs for the projects associated with the business capability or any of its subordinate business capabilities. The costs are equally distributed across all provided business capabilities.
- Click the caption What are my cost drivers? to drill down to the business question and click the  
 local filter button. - Select CapEx in the Aggregate Costs By field.
 - Click Update and click X to close the filter panel. The largest boxes are the business capabilities with the most expensive projects.
 
 - To find out more about a project's costs, double-click the business capability and go to Investment Context > Business Capability Roadmap to understand which projects are associated with the business capability.
 - Double-click a project in Business Capability Roadmap and go to Financials > Cost Accrual to understand the project's costs.
