To work with the following capabilities in Alfabet, you must have a license to Contract Management. The use case Contract Alignment must be enabled. This use case includes the class Contract Deliverable and the business question Which contracts should we review?

Document your contacts in Alfabet and build up and structure your library with the help of contract groups, contracts and contract items. Visualize timelines and important alerts in Gantt charts. Track and visualize one-time and monthly contract costs.

Here's how you can begin:

NUMB_1 

Capture data about your contracts include start and end dates and responsible roles. If relevant, specify contract items that a specified organization is typically responsible for maintaining or acting upon.

Capture the costs of the contracts and any of its contract items to understand the contracts total costs.

NUMB_3 

Create a catalog of contract portfolios to analyze different business aspects of your contracts. Create contract a contract groups and sub-groups and assign the contracts to them for analysis.

Understand the contracts in the context of the vendor roadmap from both the vendor perspective as well as the buyer perspective.
