What is the IT infrastructure supporting a business capability?

Review which applications, servers, and locations are critical to the support of the business capability.

  1. Go to the business question How will IT failure impact our business?
  2. Click the Filter local filter button and select a business capability in the Business Capability field.
  3. To understand which components are running on the server in the context of an application, double-click an application to open its content area.
  4. Go to the Technology Portfolio page and scroll to the Components Used by Application view.
