Team Member
The Team Member user profile allows users to keep track of the time spent fulfilling tasks in which they have been requested to provide their skills. Various views are available where team members can manage their project tasks, report the time worked on their tasks, and keep track of timesheets.
The Team Member user profile bundles the functionality you need to manage your project tasks and track the time worked on those tasks. Click Home in the left navigation panel to see the Project Task and Agile Board pages.

            Project Task: The Gantt chart displays the time schedule of projects and skill request so that you can understand which projects you are contributing to. The rows show projects  
 followed by the skill requests  
 . The status of the projects and skill requests is shown in the Status column and the bars show the whether resource constraints might impact a project. Select a project or skill request and click the  
 button to open an editor where you can add comments about the project and skill request. - 
            Agile Board: Manage the status of your tasks by moving a skill request from one lane in the Kanban to another status. Select a skill request and click the  
 button to open an editor where you can add comments to it. Click the  
 local filter button and specify the Year field. 
The left navigation panel displays the following:
- Workflows: Access workflow activities that you are responsible for.
 - Data Quality: Click to access My Data Quality Issues to understand the data quality issues for the assets that you have responsibility for. Click Data Collection Initiative to collect portfolio data.
 - Favorites: Save and access your bookmarked data.
 - Analysis Tools: Access ArchiMate diagrams, storyboards, and reports about your data.

            Team Planning: Expand to see the following: 
- Time Reporting: View the time spent on your tasks. The requested skills are displayed in the Task column. Click the task you want the edit and click the Time Tracking  
 button for an overview of the total hours worked for the skill request. Double-click in the respective Hours or Comment column to enter data. - My Time-Tracking: The view shows all tasks (skill requests) that have been assigned to you. You can keep track of the time worked on the tasks and submit your time entries: 
- Focus on the data you want to change. Click the 
 local filter button and specify the time period of the tasks you want to review and submit. Or show the tasks based on the statuses Approved, Entered, Rejected, and Submitted. - Capture the time that you have worked on a task. Click the task you want the edit and click the Time Tracking  
 button for an overview of the total hours worked for the skill request. Double-click in the respective Hours or Comment column to enter data. - Submit your time entry. You can either submit the timesheet for a single entry, the current or last week, or the current or last month. Click New and select the relevant option.

 - My Timesheets: Click the  
 local filter button and specify the time period of the timesheets you want to review. 
 - Time Reporting: View the time spent on your tasks. The requested skills are displayed in the Task column. Click the task you want the edit and click the Time Tracking
