Which business services are considered strategic for my business?

  1. Go to the business question What is our service catalog?
  2. Click the caption Business Services to drill down to the data workbench.
  3. Click Structure and select the Strategic Service checkbox to add the column to the data workbench.
  4. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
  5. Set the filter of the Strategic Service column to show only the business services that are set to Yes.
