All data should be compliant with regional data protection regulations.The DPIA Rating attribute evaluates the level of risk that the data poses to personal data based on the data protection impact assessment (DPIA) required to comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The business objects/business data may have a value between very high and very low or Not Required if a data protection impact assessment is not relevant.
- Go to the business question Where do we use sensitive data?.
- The DPIA Rating is displayed directly on the data on the X-axis.
- If data does not have a DPIA rating, double-click it to go to its content area > Overview > DPIA Rating.
- Click the
3-dots button > Show Legend to understand the icons on the data. - Review the data with the highest DPIA scores to identify and analyze where data privacy issues exist. Ensure that your company has measures in place to reduce and mitigate risk in order to demonstrate compliance with GDPR regulations.
