Review the planned support to understand where risks might occur due to potential gaps in the support of business services and support services. Specify a date in the future and review whether the services required to support a specific business capability are available. Identify which critical business capabilities may be at risk in the future.

  1. Go to the business question What is our service landscape? and click the  Filter local filter button.
  2. Enter a future date in the Active Date field. Only business services and support services active on the selected date are included in the matrix.
  3. Specify the Business Capability field to review how services will support the business capability.
  4. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
  5. Click the ThreeDots_Black 3-dots button > Show Legend to understand the color coding.
