Which assets deliver a business service?

Before you begin comparing business services, it is important to understand all assets that deliver a specific business service.

1. Go to the business question What are our service overlaps? and click the   local filter button.
2. Specify either Business Service or Support Service in the Search For field and select a business service or support service in the Service field.
3. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
4. Assets showing a  symbol indicate that the asset is affected by the service selected in the Service field.
5. Point to the  symbol to view the name of the service. Double-click the symbol to open a data workbench with all service items for the service including the assets that deliver the service.
