Which planned services are the most expensive?

  1. Go to the business question What are our service costs?
  2. Go to the 25 Most-Costly Services report and click the  Filter local filter button.
  3. In the Cost Dimension field, select Planned Budget to understand future operational costs and click Update.
  4. To understand current operational costs, change the Cost Dimension field to Spent Budget.
