What are the operational costs of a service portfolio?

  1. Go to the business question What is our service catalog? In the Service Groups chart, review the number of business services per service group.
  2. Double-click a bar to navigate to the service group content area > Service Context:
    • The Services view shows all business services that assigned to the service group
    • The Services - OPEX by Cost Type displays a cost breakdown of all business service with operational costs defined.
