Where are accountability gaps in strategic themes?

Review the Business Owner cell for each strategic theme to ensure that each strategic theme has a business owner who has responsibility for the strategic theme. Also check the Stakeholders cell to identify who has a vested interest in the strategic them or may be impacted by its outcome.
