Which users or organizations can I contact about an application?

You can include the contact information for application managers, architects, business and IT owners, operations, and stakeholders in the dataset.

  1. Go to the business question What is our application portfolio? > Applications.
  2. Click Structure and ensure that the toggle switch is on for any of the following roles to include them in the data workbench:
    • Application Manager: A person who is responsible for capturing data relevant for application portfolio management
    • Architect: A person who is responsible for the governance of the application.
    • Business Owner: A person or organization that owns the application and is responsible for managing the functional requirements.
    • IT Owner: A person or IT organization that owns the application and thus typically responsible for approval decisions.
    • Stakeholder: A person or organization that has an interest in the application and therefore requires read-only access permissions.
    • Operations: An IT organization responsible for the operations of the application.
  3. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
