How standard are the components on my first level IT capabilities?

If your company defines components on the first-level of IT capabilities in the IT capability model, you should explicitly include the first-level capabilities in the report. The view will show the first-level IT capabilities as their own child if they have components directly assigned to them.

  1. Go to the business question What is our standards catalog? and click the caption to drill down to the business question.
  2. Click the Filter local filter button and switch on Show Components for Level 1 IT Capabilities.
  3. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
