What is the impact to the business if an application fails?

  1. Go to the business question How will IT failure impact our business?
  2. Click the Filter local filter button and select an application in the Application field to understand which business capabilities would be impacted if the application fails.
  3. Click the ThreeDots_Black 3-dots button > Show Legend to understand the color coding.
  4. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
