Which applications are most at risk due to technical debt?

Applications that cannot provide support to the business due to end-of-life technologies are most at risk. Address the technical debt before an application or component goes out of service and prioritize applications that require immediate migration.

  1. Go to the business question What is our technical debt?
  2. Look for the 119_ComponentExpired expired component value in the End Date Conflict column to understand which components have already become obsolete. Immediate action is necessary if the obsolete components are they used by applications that are still running.
  3. Review the components with the 119_ComponentExpires6 expires within 6 months value. Look also for components that have an end date that will be reached before the end date of the application that depends on it.
  4. To specify component support for an application, click Edit  Edit > Assign Components to the Selected Application and choose the components in the selector.
