Define logos and colors for the Alfabet user interface

Colors for the user interface elements like masthead and New button as well as the logos displayed on the user interface are defined in the standard, private user interface group Global. This interface group cannot be edited. Styles can be changed for custom themes. Within a custom theme, the colors and logos of the private user interface group can be changed.
