Define user interface style groups

Style groups define the styles of a range of related interface elements. A style group is a collection of styles for a defined purpose. For example, a style group consists of all styles for the different enumeration items in an enumeration. The way styles are defined in a style group depends on the purpose of the style. The style group definition is described in the following in combination with the additional configuration required to apply the style to the interface element.

A complete configuration can include a high number of style groups for different purposes. You should consider a naming convention for style groups to destinguish between styles generated for different purposes. For example, use Enum_ followed by the enumeration name when creating a style group for an enumeration.
