What is different when configuring Alfabet 11?
Between Alfabet 10.15.x and Alfabet 11.8 the way the user interface is configured has changed considerably. If you update the meta-model of an existing Alfabet 10.15.x database, your customized configuration must be adapted to the changes. This is an individual process which requires customized restructuring effort for content. Migration will therefore be planned for and supported by the Alfabet team in Software GmbH. Click to view an overview of which migration steps can be performed automatically and where manual adaptations are required.
This document lists the important changes for configuration between Alfabet 10.15.x and Alfabet 11.8 for customers starting to further customize the user interface for Alfabet 11.6 after the main migration work is done. Complete documentation of the new features is currently work in progress and parts of the documentation are provided as a beta version. Links to the documentation are included in the overview of the changes if documentation is already available.
