Sort the content in content areas
By default content pages in a content area and content items in a content area are displayed in the order of their definition.
Change the sort order of content pages. In the explorer, click the content page node and open the editor of the Sort Content Page Items attribute. You can select an item in the list and change its position with the arrow buttons on the right or sort the content lexicographically.
The order of pages you define is a default order. The tabs of the first three content pages are directly displayed to the user while the other pages are available via a More button. If a user opens a content page, this page is displayed a the third tab instead of the originally defined third page. If the user removes a content page and later adds it again, this content page will be moved to the end of the list of content pages in the More button.
Arrange the content in content pages. Log in to the Alfabet user interface with an administrative user. Navigate to the content area and arrange the content in the content pages of the content area. You can change the final position and size. When the content looks pleasing to you, select the three dots menu of the content area and select Save as Default.
The order and size of content items you define is the default order. Users can change the content of the content area to match there personal requirements. changes saved as default are available to all users while changes that an individual user performs are only available to that user. Users can decide to revert to the default at any time.
When a user reverts to default, all changes the user has made will get lost.
