- Each service group and subordinate service group is represented by a nested box in the matrix.
- Business services and support services assigned to the level of the subordinate service groups are displayed.
- Service items that provide the business service or support service are displayed inside the nested box representing the service. To include the service items in the display, click the
local filter button and switch on Show Service Items. - Business services are provided by applications, deployments, and support services.
- Support services are provided by components and physical and virtual servers.
- Business services and support services may be colored based on the Color Rule filter. Click the
3-dots button > Show Legend to understand the color coding. - Indicators may be displayed on the services based on the Show Service KPI filter.
