The Portfolio Manager user profile bundles the functionality you need as a data steward to add IT assets to the repository and capture the basic information about them. Click Home in the left navigation panel to see the following views:
- My Dashboard is your start page that you can customize to show the data and views you want.
- Business Questions provides quick links to the business questions. Per default, the 9 most popular business questions are displayed.
- Architecture Summary shows runtime information about the IT portfolio.
You can customize the pages in the content area.
The left navigation panel displays standard functionalities described in Learn the basics as well as the data workbenches and business questions that you have permissions for.
