What information is available to the Project Manager
The Project Manager user profile bundles the functionality you need as a data steward to add applications to the repository and capture the basic information about them. Click Home in the left navigation panel to use the following views:

            Projects by Status: The pie chart displays the number of projects according to their status from initiation to execution. Double-click a pie slice to view a data workbench showing all projects with that status. Use the features of the data workbench to slice-and-dice your data to focus on data and do the analyses you are interested in.. The following statuses may be displayed: 
- New: The project has only mandatory data defined. A project with this status can be deleted.
 - In Design: The project is being scoped and defined. A project with this status cannot be deleted.
 - Under Assessment: The project is being evaluated for implementation. A project with this status cannot be deleted.
 - In Realization: The project is being worked on. A project with this status cannot be deleted.
 - Completed: The project has finished. A project with this status can be deleted.
 - Rejected: The project is no longer valid and can be deleted.
 
 - Project Data Completeness: The bar chart displays the quality of the data of the projects in the repository. Double-click the Issues bar to open a view listing existing data quality issues. Click the link in the Resolution column to navigate to the view where the issue can be immediately corrected.

            My Projects: View projects that you have access permissions to and add new projects via the  
 plus sign button and add new projects to the repository. 
The left navigation panel displays the following:
- Recent Assets: Access the data that you have most recently touched.
 - Workflows: Access to workflow activities that you are responsible for.
 - Data Quality: Click to access My Data Quality Issues to understand the data quality issues for the assets that you have responsibility for. Click Data Collection Initiative to collect portfolio data.
 - Favorites: Access your favorite data and views.
 - Project: This is the same project data workbench that is available in the Home area where you can capture project data.
 - Business Architecture: View the reference data for View reference data including business capabilities , business processes , locations , organizations , and vendors.
 - Application Architecture: View reference data including applications , peripherals, and application groups.
 - Technology Architecture: View reference data including IT capabilities , components, component groups, and component categories.
 - Investment Architecture: Create projects and project groups.
