What information is displayed in Which business areas require the most IT support?

A nested matrix shows the as-is application landscape organized according to the business processes they support. Here's how to interpret the information:

• The first-level business processes are shown on the top of the column.
• The second-level business processes are shown as grey boxes below the parent business process.
• The grey boxes contain the applications that support the business process.
• The grey boxes also contain an Edit button that opens a data workbench with all applications supporting the business process. You can use all features of the data workbench to slice-and-dice your data to do the analyses you are interested in.
