- Go to the business question What is our target architecture? and click the
local filter button.
- Switch on Aggregate to Application to visualize the applications providing the business supports.
- Select Technical Obsolescence in the Color Rule field to highlight the risks to the business capability due to applications that use a component that has reached the end of its planned lifecycle.
- Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
- Click the
3-dots button > Show Legend to understand the color coding.
- To understand the components that an application uses, double-click an application and go to Technology Portfolio > Component Lifecycles.
- Review the components that have an end date before the application's end date and consider whether to update the components or replace the unsupported application.
