How can I edit the applications and business processes in Which business areas require the most IT support?

To edit a single business process, double-click the business process in the matrix to open its content area.
To open a data workbench to edit all business processes, click the edit button > Edit Business Processes. You can use all features of the data workbench to slice-and-dice your data to do the analyses you are interested in.
To edit a single application, double-click the application in the matrix to open its content area.
To open a data workbench to edit the applications providing a specific business process, click the edit element in the business process.
To open a data workbench to edit all applications, click the edit button > Edit Applications.
