Which business capabilities have applications that can be rationalized?

  1. Go to the business questions What are my cost drivers? and click the  Filter local filter button.
  2. Focus first on the less critical business capabilities which are shades of green. Double-click the business capability you want to understand and go to Application Context > TIME Portfolio Analysis.
  3. Review the red bubbles in the Tolerate and Eliminate quadrants and consider whether those applications deserve further investment.
