Add Word templates to the publication definition

  1. Expand the publication node in the explorer and right-click the Templates folder.
  2. In the context menu, select Add template.
  3. In the explorer that opens, select the Microsoft Word® template that you want to use for the publication of data. The Microsoft Word template is added as a new sub-node to the Templates folder.
  4. In the attribute window, define a technical name for the Word template in the Name attribute.

The template is uploaded to the database. You can any time right-click the template node and work with the template:

Information about the creation and last update performed on the Word template node are available in the attribute window of the template node. Expand the Tech Info attribute to view the information.
