Define which data to show

The Alfabet query finds objects in the Alfabet database that match specific criteria. For each object found, the value of the object class property REFSTR is returned automatically for technical processes, but not added to the tabular output displayed in reports. To include the values of other object class properties to the dataset returned by the Alfabet query, Show properties must be defined for the Alfabet query. All object class properties defined in the Show properties of the Alfabet query are displayed in the tabular output of the query in tabular reports.

Show properties are only required if the Alfabet query result is displayed on the Alfabet user interface (for example, for Alfabet queries in reports). You do not need to define Show properties for Alfabet queries that are used to find objects for further processing by a Alfabet functionality, (for example, Alfabet queries for wizard check entries).
