- Go to Diagrams > Storyboards Management.
- Click the Navigate
button for the storyboard you want to specify. - Add users that may access the storyboard view. Scroll to the Viewers view. In the toolbar, click
> Add New Viewers and select the relevant users in the selector. - Add users from user groups that may access the storyboard view. Scroll to the Assigned User Groups view. In the toolbar, click > Assign User Groups and select the relevant user groups in the selector.
- Add users with a user profile that may access the storyboard view. Scroll to the Assigned User Profiles view. In the toolbar, click > Assign User Profiles and select the relevant users in the selector.
