How to design and manage storyboards
Storyboards are customer-defined views that visualize use cases for various stakeholders in your company. Like illustrated storyboards, they typically represent a sequence of activities using graphic images and informational texts. Storyboards can be interactive so that users can click an area of the storyboard to open a view where they can view data or carry out a task in Alfabet. In addition to links to views in Alfabet, storyboards may also have links to websites, ARIS diagrams, or even to other storyboards. All storyboards that you have access permissions to are displayed in the left navigation panel > Diagrams > Storyboard Views.
The storyboards you see are configured by a user in your company with access to Diagrams > Storyboard Management. Storyboards are essentially diagrams with graphic images, embedded bookmarks and links to websites, ARIS diagrams, and other storyboards. The designer of the storyboard specifes the access permissions to the storyboard.
