Search for your data

Search for an asset. Enter the name or part of the name in the Search Objects field in the header. Matches containing the letters you entered will be displayed in the drop-down list according to object class.
Reduce the number of results. Select the relevant object class of your asset in the Category field.

Alfabet is based on a class model that includes classes like Application, Business Capability, Component. etc. Each object is an instantiation of its object class. For example, an application like SAP@CRM System is an instantiation of the class Application.
Show all search results. Press the ENTER key or click the View More link to display a Search Results table showing all matches. You can edit any asset directly in the Search Results table.
