Manage integrations to third-party components

Alfabet provides the following integrations to other third-party components:

Horizzon: Alfabet provides out-of-the-box integration with Bizzdesign's Horizzon so that you can leverage both Horizzon's business process management and Alfabet's application portfolio management capabilities.

IT-Pedia: Alfabet provides out-of-the-box integration with Eracent's IT-Pedia ® to support the import of product data from IT-Pedia's comprehensive IT product library.

ServiceNow: Alfabet provides an interface with ServiceNow®.allows you to import data about ServiceNow hosted services to the Alfabet database.

ARIS: Both ARIS and Alfabet maintain data about business process models and objects in the IT landscape in order to support planning and management capabilities. Alfabet focuses on modeling the IT landscape that supports the execution of business processes whereas ARIS provides a wealth of views and methodologies to plan, develop, and enhance business processes on a detailed level.
