Manage your content repository
All content items in your content repository are displayed in the My Content Items view. These content items may have been created by you, a colleague, or an administrative user.
Click your user icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select My Content Items to open the view. The dataset shows the content you have added to the repository. You can edit a content item to change the caption or share it with individual users or all users in a user group or you can delete the content item if you want to remove it from your content repository.
Click here to see how.If you delete a content item or content page that has already been added to a content area for you or another user, it will remain in the content area even if it has been deleted from the My Content Items view. Use the Hide View or Show/Hide Page option in the 
3-dots button of content area where it is visualized to remove it.
