- Click the
local filter button. - Enable Business Relevance. The most critical business capabilities are shades of purple. The less critical business capabilities are shades of green.
- Identify business capabilities that are not classified as critical but have one or more projects mapped to them in the matrix. Click the project within the corresponding matrix cell to review its details and understand the purpose of the investment. Then navigate to the business capability's content area and initiate a discussion with relevant colleagues about whether the investment is justified and aligned with business priorities.
