Reviewing the relationships between business capabilities, demands, and projects helps ensure that mission-critical business capabilities receive adequate attention and that investments are focused on delivering the greatest business value.
- Go to the business question What is our investment landscape?
- Click the
local filter button. - Enable Business Relevance. The most critical business capabilities are shades of purple. The less critical business capabilities are shades of green.
- Disable Show Business Capabilities with Projects or Demands to show business capabilities that have no projects or demands defined.
- Click the project in the matrix cell to understand more details about the project. Review the most important business capabilities to determine whether they have projects
assigned to them. If you know that a project is missing for a business capability, go to the project content area and add the business capability to the project's affected architecture. - Identify critical business capabilities that have demands but no associated projects. Click the demand
