Which projects are most at risk?

Go to the business question What is the status of our project portfolio? Look for all projects that have an error   or warning   indicator in the Budget, Resources, or Time columns.

An error  indicates that the project is over budget, uses excessive resources, or has failed to meet the deadline. If issues are raised, review what the source of the issue is. A warning   indicates that the project is at risk and will soon exceed the budget, resource allotment, or deadline.

Consider the measures required to rectify the situation by contacting stakeholders and other responsible persons.
