Which services are at risk due to failure in delivery?

Look for business services and support services where a service item ends before the business service or support service ends. This poses a risk to the potential delivery of the service.

  1. Go to the business question What is our service landscape? and click the  Filter local filter buttons.
  2. Next select Lifecycle Violation in the Color Rule field to identify which business services and support services are at risk due to services that use a service item that has reached the end of its lifecycle.
  3. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.
  4. Click the ThreeDots_Black 3-dots button > Show Legend to understand the color coding.
  5. Review the services that have an end date before the service item's end date and consider whether to update the service item or replace the unsupported business service .
