Review why the number of supporting applications will be increased for a non-critical business capability to ensure that you are not spending in the wrong areas of the business.
• An issue symbol  is displayed if more to-be applications are planned than as-is applications for a critical business capability. Review whether it is really necessary to expand the number of planned applications and increase your IT footprint.
