Which standard components are not used by applications?

The Unused Technologies data workbench shows a list of all components in the repository that are not used by an application. Review the Standardization value for each component to understand whether a standard component is no used by an application. Consider whether the component should be used to support applications or whether it can be retired.

1. Go to the business question What is our technology usage?.
2. Go to the Unused Technologies data workbench.
3. Select one of the following to filter the Standardization column:
   • Approval Required: The use of this component must be approved. Users should contact the authorized user or another person such as the IT Owner who has a role defined for the component to gain approval to use the component.
   • Free for User: The component may be used. Users do not need approval to use the component.
   • Not Permitted: The component may not be used.
