How can I understand which services have assets in common?

1. Go to the business question What are our service overlaps? and click the   local filter button.
2. In the Overlapping Services field, select one or more services to understand the assets these services have in common.
3. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.

The view shows all IT assets associated with the services selected in the Service and Overlapping Services fields. Here's how to interpret the information:

• IT assets showing a  symbol indicate that the IT asset is affected by the service selected in the Service field.
• IT assets with number symbols indicate that the IT asset is affected by one of the services selected in the Overlapping Services field. Click Show Legend to understand the numbers added to the IT assets.
• An IT asset highlighted red is affected by multiple services and requires attention. To understand more about the service overlaps, click the IT asset in the matrix and the navigate  button to open the content area. Go to the Service Context page to understand all services impacting the IT asset.
