How can I change a business service's lifecycle in What is our service roadmap?

A business service's lifecycle describes the succession of stages that the business service goes through over time including any or all stages from the business service's identification to retirement.

  1. Go to the business question What is our service roadmap? .
  2. Click the Navigate navigate button to open the content area of a business service and go to Overview > Business Service Lifecycle.
  3. Click Edit Lifecycle and edit the start and end dates for the relevant lifecycle phases.
  4. Click Align Active Period to automatically align the start/end dates of the business service's active period with the start/end dates of the lifecycle phases that are configured to begin and end the active period.
