Delete content from your content repository

You can delete any content item or content page from the content repository via the My Content Items view.

  1. Click your user icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select My Content Items.
  2. The dataset shows the content you have added to the repository. Select the content item you want to delete and click the Delete button. The content is deleted from the My Content Items view.

If you delete a content item or content page that has already been added to a content area, it will remain in the content area even if it has been deleted from the My Content Items view. Use the Hide View or Show/Hide Page option in the three vertical dots  ThreeDots button of content area where it is visualized to remove it.
