Which of my business processes require attention??

  1. Go to the business question Which business areas require the most IT support? and click the  Filter local filter button.
  2. Select one or more business processes that interest you in the Business Processes field.
  3. Click Update and click X to close the filter panel.

Review the application support for the business processes to ensure that they are adequately supported. Consider where redundancy might exist and whether any applications may be potential rationalization candidates. If no application support exists for a business process, contact the authorized user to understand why the business process has no application support and whether this business process is at risk.
