Which projects are the most expensive?

The Total Project Budget column displays the current year budget and total year budget for a project. The current year budget is based on the operational expenses of the project for the current year. The total year budget is based on the operational expenses of the project for all years.

Look for projects where the Average Project Risk column is Very High or High and determine whether the risks are occurring due to overspending. To understand a project's costs, click the   navigate button to open the content area of a project and go to the Financials page to review the project's business case and budget.
